Gloss
Optically clear film that keeps, and often deepens, the factory shine. The most popular choice.

Paint protection film, or PPF, is a clear urethane film applied over your paint. You might know it as a clear bra. It takes the rock chips, scratches and stains so your paint doesn’t.
We install XPEL, our main film brand for paint protection, ceramic coating and window tint. Every panel is cut to fit your car and fitted by hand in our Hayward shop.

Most damage hits the front of the car, so that’s where most people start. Cover the bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors, or the whole car. See coverage options and prices.
Same protection, two looks. Pick the finish you want the car to have.

XPEL STEALTH turns gloss paint into a smooth satin finish, with the same protection underneath.

A ceramic coating bonds to your paint and hardens into a slick, glossy layer. We polish the paint first, then apply XPEL FUSION PLUS so the shine lasts and the car stays easy to clean.

They solve different problems, and they work best together: film on the front, coating over the whole car.
A physical layer that stops damage before it reaches the paint.
A hard, slick layer for gloss and easy cleaning.

A clear, flexible urethane film applied over your car’s paint, sometimes called a clear bra. It takes the hit from rock chips, scratches, bug splatter and road debris so the paint underneath stays like new.
Yes. XPEL film has a self-healing top coat, so light scratches and swirl marks disappear with heat from the sun, a warm engine or warm water. Deep cuts that go through the film won’t heal, but the paint under it stays protected.
Hardly. Gloss film is optically clear and keeps the factory shine. We wrap edges where the panel allows it, so the film line is hard to spot. Matte film is made to be seen: it turns gloss paint into a satin finish.
Quality film like XPEL lasts for years without yellowing, cracking or peeling, and is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll go over the warranty for your film when you book.
The front of the car takes most of the rock chips, so most people cover the bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors and headlights. Some add the rocker panels, door edges and door cups, and others cover the whole car. Coverage options and starting prices are on our pricing page.
A ceramic coating bonds to the paint and hardens into a slick, glossy layer. Water beads up and rolls off, dirt has less to stick to, and the car is much easier to wash. It also helps resist UV fading, bird droppings and tree sap.
PPF is physical protection against rock chips and scratches. Ceramic coating is about gloss and easy cleaning, and won’t stop a rock chip. Many owners do both: PPF on the front of the car, then ceramic coating over the whole car, film included.
No. Ceramic coating is a liquid layer for your paint. Ceramic tint is a window film that blocks heat through the glass. We do both, and you can see our window tint options on the window tint page.
Ceramic coating and front-end PPF usually take a day or two, so the coating or film can set before you drive. Full-body PPF takes longer. We’ll give you a drop-off and pickup time when you book.
Wait about a week before the first wash. After that, a gentle hand wash with a pH-neutral soap is best. Avoid automatic brush washes, and keep pressure washers away from film edges.
Our pricing page lists starting prices for tint, paint protection film, ceramic coating, audio, remote start and cameras. The final price depends on your vehicle’s year, make and model, so we confirm one clear price before any work starts. No surprises at pickup.
Tell us the car and what you want covered. We’ll reply with a price, usually the same day.
